When you register for a class or private event, you agree to these terms. The only way to reserve your spot is to pay. Craft & Carafe reserves the right to refuse any order.

Public Event Ticket Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled public class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online. You also have the option to transfer to a friend instead of a credit if preferred. If you have to cancel your class ticket, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 72 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. Credit must be used within 365 days. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.

Private Party Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled event date, will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. We offer you a credit to your account towards a future date if you cancel your private party without 14 days notice, but do not offer refunds. This is because product has already been bought for your party. You may use these credits towards any future class or take-home kit. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 14 days, you will lose the deposit for the class. Credit must be used within 365 days.
